1. Services

AquaLux Bath Remodeling ("we", "us") provides bathroom remodeling and renovation services, including design consultation, tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, tile work, vanity installation, and full bathroom remodels. All services are subject to scheduling availability and service-area coverage.

2. Free Consultation & Quotes

The in-home design consultation and quote are provided free of charge and with no obligation. Quotes are based on the scope of work discussed at the consultation and remain valid for 30 days. Changes to scope, materials, or design after the quote is accepted may adjust the final price, and any adjustment will be approved by the customer in writing before proceeding.

3. Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith. Actual timelines may vary due to material availability, permit processing, unforeseen site conditions (such as hidden water damage or plumbing issues), or events outside our control. We will communicate any changes promptly.

4. Warranty

Our workmanship is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of project completion. Materials and fixtures are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims require proof of the original contract.

5. Payments & Financing

Payment schedules are outlined in the written contract before work begins. Financing options, where offered, are provided through third-party lenders and are subject to their approval, terms, and conditions.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with reasonable advance notice. Project cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits, are specified in the written contract.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide safe access to the work area and disclose any known issues such as prior leaks, mold, or structural problems. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions concealed at the time of the consultation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or lost income.

9. Phone Calls & Communication

By calling the number on this page, you consent to be contacted by us regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and complete your project (such as your name, phone number, and address). This information is used solely to provide the requested services and is handled with reasonable care and security.
